Figure 1 (left). Identification of Pediatric Post-Acute Care Facilities. Pediatric facilities were stratified based on type of facility: free-standing PAC facility versus embedded PAC unit within a larger facility. Populations: pediatric <18 years of age, adolescent ≥12 to <18 years of age. PAC: Post-Acute Care, SNF: Skilled Nursing Facility, ICF: Intermediate Care Facility.
